Family Funeral Friend Primary Burial Co-operative (Ltd) was registered on the 19th of May 2016. The Co-operative has taken over all assets and liabilities of the former FFF Society from the date of registration- Family Funeral Friend Primary Burial Co-operative is a medium-sized Co-operative headquartered in Rustenburg in the North West Province with eight branch offices in Mahikeng, Zeerust, Swartruggens, Koster, Brits, Northam, Mogwase and Rietvlei.

The Co-operative belongs to its members and is run according to a co-operative constitution adopted in April 2016. The affairs of the co-operative are governed by a Board of Directors. The day to day management is undertaken by a team of three managers being;

The Chief Executive Officer;
Manager Mortuary Operations & Fleet Management; and
Manager: Finance.

The staff complement of the co-operative is at present 53 and they are responsible for the delivery of funeral services to the broad membership and private persons as required by the constitution. The backbone of FFF is its staff and the co-operative prides itself on its hard work and loyalty. Most of the staff members have been with FFF on average for 10 or more years.
